These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at joyrideaviation.com and the charter brokerage services provided by Joyride Aviation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Joyride Aviation operates exclusively as an air charter broker. We do not own, operate, or maintain any aircraft. All flights arranged through Joyride Aviation are operated by independent FAR Part 135 certificated air carriers ("Operators").

As a broker, we:

• Source and negotiate charter flights on your behalf
• Act as an intermediary between you and the Operator
• Are not a party to the air transportation contract between you and the Operator
• Do not assume liability for the Operator's performance, safety record, or conduct

The Operator bears sole responsibility for the safe operation of the aircraft and compliance with all applicable aviation regulations.

Quotes: All pricing quotes provided by Joyride Aviation are estimates based on information available at the time of inquiry. Final pricing is subject to change based on fuel costs, routing changes, aircraft availability, and Operator pricing.

Booking Confirmation: A charter booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Joyride Aviation and any required deposit or payment has been received.

Payment: Payment terms, accepted methods, and deposit requirements will be specified in your charter agreement. All payments are processed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation policies vary by Operator and are specified in your individual charter agreement. General guidelines:

• More than 72 hours before departure: Cancellation fees vary by Operator; typically 10–25% of the charter price
• 24–72 hours before departure: Cancellation fees typically 25–50% of the charter price
• Less than 24 hours before departure: Cancellation fees typically 50–100% of the charter price
• No-show: Full charter price is non-refundable

Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your charter agreement and supersede these general guidelines. Joyride Aviation's brokerage fee is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

Participation in the Joyride Aviation Jet Card program is subject to separate program terms and conditions provided at enrollment. Key provisions include:

• Deposits are held in a dedicated account and applied toward future charter flights
• Founding Member benefits are subject to availability and program terms
• Refund eligibility for unused deposits is governed by the Jet Card agreement
• Program terms may be updated with 30 days' written notice to members

Empty leg flights are offered at discounted rates due to their one-way, repositioning nature. By booking an empty leg flight, you acknowledge:

• Empty leg availability is subject to change or cancellation at any time if the primary charter is modified or cancelled
• Routing, timing, and aircraft type are fixed and cannot be changed
• Refund policies for cancelled empty legs will be specified in your charter agreement

All passengers are responsible for:

• Arriving at the designated FBO at the agreed departure time. Delays caused by passengers may result in additional fees
• Providing accurate passenger names and weights as required by the Operator for weight and balance calculations
• Complying with all applicable customs, immigration, and security requirements for international travel
• Ensuring all passengers hold valid identification and travel documents
• Complying with the Operator's rules regarding prohibited items, conduct, and safety procedures

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• Joyride Aviation's liability is limited to the brokerage fees paid to us in connection with the specific flight at issue
• We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, mechanical issues, weather-related disruptions, or other events caused by or attributable to the Operator
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness, safety, or performance of any aircraft or Operator

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Joyride Aviation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of our website or services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with a charter booking

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or systems
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our website without written permission
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Joyride Aviation or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Joyride Aviation does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party websites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in St. Thomas, USVI, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
